Enable 3D
The 3D UI can be (re-)enabled by using the button in the banner (if its missing your browser is probably incompatible).
Some browsers (for example Firefox) also disable WebGL by default, and show a GPU icon in the address bar which can be used to allow the page to execute WebGL.
